With a background in industrial automation systems and specialized light sensing, Rick brings a deep understanding of building controls, electrical systems, task lighting needs and plain real-world experience. Showing and presenting at trade-shows and industry groups, Rick has become a (somewhat) renowned expert in the future of LED lighting (just ask him!)
Rick has two garden beehives, makes his own wine and cheese, and writes plays, creates animations and a few YouTube movies about lighting.
Dan Reganis a business consultant, entrepeneur and dedicated bicyclist based in Charlotte, NC.
Dan was raised in Iowa and came to NC in 1971 to follow the opportunities for an ambitious young man. He has formed and sold several companies and now acts as a consultant for companies that can need his experience, his contact network and a lifetime of good will. Dan brings credibility and structure to the companies he works with and is known for candor, enthusiasm and integrity.
Dan enjoys his volunteer work as well and has dedicated more of his time each year to raising money for good causes while quietly helping where he can.
